In-house Client Digital Manager –
FMCG (Immediate Start)

BACKGROUND

Infinity Squared is looking for a digital gun to join our team based in-house at one of our largest and most exciting FMCG clients in Rhodes.

This role will suit a digital native with an agency and/or client background. If you are someone who is currently agency-side and looking to make the leap to client-side, this role provides the perfect opportunity to do just that. You will be part of a fast-paced, collaborative culture with an opportunity to make a huge impact really quickly, whilst also supported by and part of the Infinity Squared family.

THE ROLE

The overall purpose of this role is to support the brand teams in bringing the digital execution of the brand plan to life. Broadly, this includes the development, management and execution of a digital plan as well as the provision of reporting and analytics, digital know-how and consultative advisory support relating to digital opportunities that will assist in delivering on the brand’s key objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role plus a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscape, proven success in developing, managing and executing on a digital plan, excellent communication skills and a self-starter, solution-based mentality.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To work in partnership with the brand teams to create and maintain a direct relationship between the brand’s products/services and its consumers via the brand’s digital eco-system.
Develop, manage and execute the digital plan for two brands.
Manage the digital calendar and associated activity across all channels including but not limited to brand website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Youtube.
Manage email marketing activity.
Manage SEO.
Publish and manage content across all channels.
Track insights and analytics.
Provide monthly reports.
Leverage insights to inform the development of engaging, timely and relevant content.
Monitor and leverage consumer trends through social and digital listening in order to inspire business content opportunities and provide transparency on products/services to consumers.
Liaise with agency teams to create content for roll out across owned assets.
Provide thought leadership in digital.
Foster engagement with consumers through knowledge and understanding of digital communities and trends.

REQUIREMENTS

At least 3-5 years previous experience in a similar role.
Highly competent in the digital landscape.
Strong attention to detail.
Strong client service/people skills.
Self starter and solutions-focused.
Ability to work collaboratively and autonomously.
Output and deadline oriented.
Excellent communication skills.
Confident in digital systems including but not limited to basic CMS, social listening tools, Facebook Insights & Business Manager, GA & Google Suite.
