Fantastic Furniture has created new branding after 29 years and launched a new ‘Find your Fantastic’ campaign.

The brand refresh and ‘Find your Fantastic’ campaign aim to change the brand’s retail-focused communications strategy and create a more “emotive” approach. Created by Infinity Squared, the 30-second television commercial and supporting assets features two families moving in together to create a blended family.

“It’s the little things that matter most, like the moments that make the house a home,” the voiceover says at the conclusion of the ad.

Jacqui Hawkins, head of marketing at Fantastic Furniture, said the new campaign aims to promote the individual stories told when people buy Fantastic Furniture products.

“Buying new furniture often represents a new and exciting chapter in the lives of our customers, like moving into a new home or buying a toddler their first big bed. Equally, there are beautiful stories created around every day experiences, like having your first family meal at your new dining table.”

Tom Phillips, managing director at Infinity Squared, which did the strategy and creative, added: “Through our research we found customers speak passionately about their Fantastic Furniture purchases. Our storytelling brand platform will see us sharing the relatable ways the brand makes customers feel good.”

The campaign is being rolled out across TV, cinema and digital.
